At Klub Fox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is unworn and has all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check & Packing

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition with all brand tags intact, then pack the items securely in the original shipping box or a similar durable package.

  Pickup or Drop-off

  Schedule a complimentary doorstep pickup through our courier partner or drop off the package at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team verifies the quality of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
